Yes - our platform supports video ads for the following campaigns:

You’ll need to upload the video directly to your Rex Reach campaign (links from YouTube, Vimeo etc. are not accepted).
Here are the guidelines for best performance:
🎥 Video Guidelines
1. Length
We recommend around 15 seconds - most viewers’ attention starts to drop off after this.
Keeping it under 60 seconds is wise, as longer content often reduces completion and engagement rates.
(Note: While Facebook allows very long videos, longer formats may be ineligible for placements such as Instagram or in-stream ads.)
2. Format and Orientation
Upload formats: MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, WMV (and other common types) - basically, if a professional videographer created it, or it was filmed on your phone, you’re likely safe.
Portrait (vertical) orientation tends to perform better on mobile devices - because the majority of user traffic is mobile and vertical creative fills more screen space to grab the audience’s attention.
Recommended aspect ratios:
- 9:16 (full-screen vertical)
- 4:5 (vertical-ish)
- 1:1 (square)
These are all supported, but aim for vertical (9:16) if you want maximum mobile impact.
3. Resolution
Minimum recommended: 1080p for landscape, at least 1080 × 1080 pixels for square or 1080 × 1920 for full vertical.
If your asset is higher in resolution, upload the highest quality version available - there’s essentially no upper resolution limit for many placements.
4. File Size
Rex Reach accepts up to 4 GB - plenty for high-quality footage.
5. Placement-specific reminders
For Instagram Stories or Reels: Aim for 9:16, minimum resolution around 1080 × 1920 px.
For Facebook Feed (mobile): Vertical formats 4:5 or 9:16 are supported and recommended.
